Rebel Arms (http://rebelarms.com/index.php/) is a new company to the AR15 Market. Based out of East Stroudsburg, PA, Rebel Arms is unique in that not only are they producing their own AR15 pattern rifles, but they already have their own branded line of rails and muzzle devices. The Rails are available in 12.5 and 14.5" lengths featuring a unique bolting system that allows for up to 216 positions. Their rifles also come standard with Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Groups, and Nickel Boron coated triggers. Mission First Tactical furniture rounds out the rifle. Available in Black or "Scorched Dark Earth."

The RBR-15 (http://rebelarms.com/index.php/ar-15-rifles/rbr-15-14-blk.html) is new to the market and once you begin to take a look at it, you will find that it is completely unique. Not only are we the only company to offer all Mission First Tactical Accessories on our rifles, but we also are unveiling the only rifle with the lightweight rail system, developed by Tech-Ops Intl. A rail that you see on no other weapon. This rail is a lightweight, user friendly battlefield-practical rail system that sets this rifle apart from the rest. Including Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group and a Nickel Boron Trigger group, this setup is ready for the battlefield.
Barrel:
The barrel is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. You can use standard 5.56 or .223 ammunition. The 1 in 9" Twist Rifling is capable of stabilizing light to medium weight projectiles of up to around 69 grains. The barrel cut reduces weight and bulk, and comes complete with the military standard M203 cut. This cut allows the installation of a grenade launcher.
Compensator:
The Rebel Yell AR-15 Battle Comp has been specifically designed to reduce recoil and reduce muzzle rise. We field tested our design until we got it the way we wanted it.... a compensator that reduces shots off target. With less recoil and muzzle rise you can acquire the target faster after each shot. More hits, more kills.
Upper Receiver:
Our receivers are fully machined from heat-treated, aircraft-grade aluminum forgings for superior strength and durability. The upper is made of 7075 aircraft aluminum for superior strength and finished with a tough, mil-spec, black-anodized *coating that resists chipping and abrasion. Comes complete with forward assist and ejection port cover.
13-slot Picatinny rail provides a full 5" for mounting an optic, while the rail slots ensure repeatability of mounting position.
It also features laser-engraved T-marks plus M4-type feed cuts inside for reliable feeding. Compatible with standard, mil-spec AR lowers and components, this receiver is ready to accept your AR-15 Barrel with barrel exension.
Lower Receiver:
Our receivers are designed from a 7075 T6 aluminum alloy forging for reliable performance and outstanding durability. Our receivers are precision machined to ensure installation of mil-spec aftermarket components. They have a Mil-spec hard anodized finish which adds strength and a superior abrasion-resistant surface. The receiver is finished off with the Rebel Arms logo.
Nickel Boron Trigger:
We take the standard trigger to a new level. All RBR-15 Rifles feature our specially tuned single stage AR-15 trigger that has be treated with Nickel Boron. Because Nickel boron creates an ultra-low friction coefficient, you will have an unbelievably smooth trigger pull. No more creep in the trigger pull that you experience with traditional AR-15 triggers. Because of the Nickel Boron treatment, the trigger pull will be lower and comes in around a 5.5-6lb pull.
Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier:
The RBR-15 features a high quality Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group. The Nickel Boron finish has a self-lubricating surface that eliminates the need to apply oil or grease that can attract dirt, dust, unburned powder, and carbon and lead to cycling failures. Nickel boron creates an ultra-low friction coefficient. This special coating not only has high hardness and intrinsic lubricity but it also affords excellent corrosion resistance and deposit uniformity. It also means less heat generated by metal on metal contact and also provides for easier cleaning. Before treatment, parts are shot peened for surface uniformity and magnetic particle inspected to make sure there are no hidden flaws. The Gas Key is made to USGI specs, and comes already side-staked properly to the carrier.
