Mega Arms (http://www.megaarms.com) has their own line of .308 barrels now. Perfect match for that MA-TEN you've been building. These barrels are manufactured "under the strict supervision" of Mega Arms (http://megaarms.com/), so they aren't produced by Mega Arms in house.. yet. They're probably too busy cranking out receivers and MKM's. Right now they are available in SR-25/DPMS patterns and 18" and 20" lengths.
