Recently I decided to visit the SIONICS (http://sionicsweaponsystems.com/store/) page because I was curious about their complete rifles AR15news recently highlighted. While at the site, I discovered that SIONICS (http://sionicsweaponsystems.com/store/) was offering stripped barrels. Naturally, since I'm always in the market for some barrels, these piqued my interest as the specs are top notch. I also contacted them and they are still offering their holiday pricing while supplies last. If you look at the specs, you'd be hard pressed to find another mid-length, chrome lined barrel made from 4150 steel for $159.95. As a bonus these are medium contour, so they shaved a few ounces from a government profile barrel. Check out all the great products at SIONICS Weapon Systems (http://sionicsweaponsystems.com/store/).

Sak,

If you want one you should pull the trigger sooner than later. The SIONICS guys told me that this is just an extended holiday sale, but did not commit to how long it would last. The sale makes the items on the page lower than the usual MIL/LE discount. $159 for a Chrome lined 4150 steel barrel is a steal in my opinion.

1:8 twist and chrome lined at that price looks like a very good deal.
