I read a few previews of the BCM Gunfighter Grip MOD2 prior to SHOT show. Well we recently got our hands on a few of our own pre-production sets of the newest BCM grip. The MOD2 features more “modularity” with three back strap inserts in addition to the two front inserts that were introduced with the MOD1.

Versatility is often the most appreciated feature of the AR platform. The BCM Gunfighter Grip MOD2 allows for even more of what we love about ARs…the ability to customize just about every aspect to our personal liking. Achieve your perfect grip feel with the BCM Gunfighter Grip MOD2.

(Set up the grip in any of six possible configurations)

(Front inserts allow for the best possible interface with the trigger guard of your particular lower.)

Not to hijack the thread, but Triple Bravo how do you feel about that MFT stock?

I just got them in so I haven't had a chance to do any real evaluation yet.

How do the inserts compare to the MIAD inserts in terms of index finger to web of the hand (if that makes sense)? I understand the the grip itself is angled differently, which is why I'm interested in trying one of these, but are the inserts about the same as a MIAD? I find a Magpul MOE/MIAD middle grip livable, but prefer to run the "longest" grip insert on a MIAD just due to hand size. I'm curious for the comparison.

Suprised that BCM hasn't offered a rubber overmolded grip yet, but that coming from a MOE+ junkie.

You're probably aware of this, but Magpul does. I've got them on two rifles and love 'em. Don't know how you feel about Magpul, though.

With the new backstraps, I think BCM nailed this one. The original Mod 0 and 1 grips were too thin for me. This may replace my MIAD grips.

Between this and all the KMR stuff looks like BCM wants all of your tax returns.

You lucky bastards that get returns...

With Smith offering this same "concept" with the M&P line, and more recently the Gen 4 Glocks, I'm kind of surprised that someone hadn't done this earlier for the AR platform. It just makes perfect sense, when you have shooters going from smaller paws to baseball glove sized hands. P.S. UWone77, I didn't get a freaking tax return either.
