Looks like Daniel Defense (https://danieldefense.com/rail-systems/ar15-lite-rail-iii/ar15-lite-rail-iiitm-15-0-rifle.html) is now offering the LITE Rail III. Didn't they just release the LITE II you say? Yes, the LITE II is a new updated LITE rail, but it appears that Daniel Defense is making their DDM4 rail available as a stand alone product but calling it the LITE III. These were previously only available on complete guns and uppers. Did that make sense? Here are some of the differences in specifications between the II and III:

The improved design enhances the rail’s structural integrity, improves functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics and ease of installation to the weapon system without compromising its best-known attributes, one of which being the lightest rail system on the market. Enhanced features include a machined one-piece design, replacing the previous two-piece welded design of the 1st generation Lite Rail, and uses our patented Bolt-Up System. The AR15 Lite Rail III™ requires only 4 bolts instead of 6 and has tabs that aid in alignment to the upper receiver during installation. Front and Rear Sling Swivel Attachment Points are integrated into both the left and right side rails and are designed to limit the swivel’s rotation preventing twists and tangles in slings.
The AR15 Lite Rail III 15.0 is an extended free float rail system designed to be used in conjunction with a low profile gas block on a carbine, mid-length, or rifle-length gas systems. This rail system gives the end user even more “real estate” to mount various accessories available to the AR15 platform. When mounting a front sight to the top rail, it allows the shooter to have an extended sight radius enabling more precise shot placement.
