The flash hider was designed with flash suppression in mind as well as to eliminate "pinging" associated with other 3 prong flash hiders. The flash hider is available in standard 1/2x28 or 5/8x24 threads for the .308 and 300 shooters. Full specifications on the flash hider haven't been released, so keep checking back.
