Wow, for the price, and especially if they had thrown on a CTR stock, with the Cerakote, I'd say that'd would make someone a fine weapon, off-the-shelf, at a reasonable "street" price. If one threw on some decent optics, they'd have a winner.
As an aside, I have a CORE 15 Lower with a BCM 16" Lightweight upper with Centurion rails. It came with a parts kit, unmarked, so I assumed it was from CORE, or whoever supplied their LPK's. When I got around to installing the trigger, I was dumbfounded. Single stage, almost zero take up and over travel, no creep, with approx. 4.5 break, according to my Lyman gauge. FCG wasn't marked as far as I remember, I just installed it as a "place holder" until I could order a "decent" trigger for it. I'll be damned if that "stock" trigger wasn't so nice that I said the heck with it and left it in. Fit between BCM upper and CORE lower was excellent, if not a bit too far on the tight side, which will lossen up a bit when I can get a chance to put some serious rounds through it.

My experience? CORE 15 makes good stuff. If their uppers are as good, this one looks like a winner.[:D]

Looks more like tungsten than sniper grey.

I have seen this and held it. Pictures do not do it justice. Look for more new and outstanding weapons from Core Rifle Systems.

Yeah that is a pretty subpar picture they used. Tell them to get a better photographer :)
