Primary Weapon Systems (http://primaryweapons.com/firearms/mm/#.U49mZvm-18H) has teamed up with Modern Musket and released a line of Direct Impingement AR15 patterned rifles. The rifles are available in 10.75" Pistol and 14.5, 16" Rifles. All rifles come with ALG QMS triggers, Lucid Optics, and PWS Muzzle devices. Check out all of PWS's offerings here (http://primaryweapons.com/firearms/mm/#.U49mZvm-18H).

The Modern Musket brand is a message that PWS embraces. This DI rifle is your defense rifle: your defense of your home, family, and your right to the freedoms outlined in the Constitution.

Features:

DI DONE RIGHT

PWS DI Enhanced Bolt Carriers are precision machined, isonited and sport unique features that increase the reliability of the DI AR15 platform.

ACCURACY
Using only the highest quality barrel blanks turned in house, PWS barrels are designed for the precision shooter.

BUFFER SYSTEM

Unwilling to settle for what the industry had to offer, PWS engineers designed a buffer tube that’s sturdy, defeats carrier tilt and offers additional features not found in stock buffer tubes.

ERGONOMICS

A lightweight, free-floated aluminum handguard features the almost universal KeyMod interface to eliminate unnecessary weight and allow for a wide range of accessory placement.

OPTIC

Modern Musket™ Rifles ship range ready with a Lucid quality red dot sight.

I love how prevalent those pistol braces are becoming. I've never heard of lucid sights before though.

Lucid makes a pretty decent RDS that is rugged. I mean throw around rugged. One of my co-workers runs the Lucid HD7's and it is built like a brick poop-house. But it has some weight to it as well, coming in at 13 oz.

That's what I wanted to know. I was looking at it yesterday. Looks rugged, and has 4 reticles you can cycle through. May try one sometime. Seems a bit much for a pistol build though.

These rifles do look badass, and PWS is definitely going to be getting some of my money here soon.

Why do companies have to release all these nice new products when I'm trying to buy a home...

...and Quib did one on this very forum here (http://www.weaponevolution.com/forum/showthread.php?2182-Review-of-the-Lucid-HD7-Red-Dot-Sight). I can't see the photos, but I'm on a tablet...don't know if my settings are blocking the photos.

From what I can see on the reviews, and from the PWS website, the lucid sight has been updated since then. Wondering if the only updates are new reticles..? May have to look into this.
