Samson (http://www.samson-mfg.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=SM&Product_Code=RAM-T1-M4&Category_Code=SHOP) claims to have fixed all the flaws that are in other mounts on the market. The levers use stainless steel vs MIM levers. These mounts are available for:
Aimpoint M4, T1, 3x Magnifier
Trijicon ACOG
They also make a generic mount for 30mm tubes and Night Vision Systems.
