They look somewhat legit, but I can see several problems with that upper right off the bat. The fact that they can use SolidWorks but can't embed a few images on a forum is rather suspect ...

I'm not a fan of 80% anything but whatever floats your boat I guess!

I get that 80% receivers don't have serial numbers and big brother won't know you have it, but I just don't see the economic viability of a $200 80% lower receiver. Especially in this market.

I have access to a friends Bridgeport Mill, but had I been lacking that, I wonder how many folks on the fourm, myself included, just happen to have and know how to use one. Just not something you find in every garage or outbuilding, or something that your average person happens to know how to use.

Machinists, Tool and Die, and Engineers, and gunsmiths with machining skills, I suppose. What they show in the video, while not a big deal for an experienced machinist, would turn into an entire cluster "bomb" for someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Not a typical DIY job.

I've also seen several of these kinds of "kits" on Armslist, from people who bought them thinking that it was something they could knock out in their garages with a drill press. I just don't see the appeal, even to a qualified machinist. His/Her time and money wouldn't be worth the trouble, when they can buy a billet machined lower for about the same money, without the hassle, tooling costs, time, and in this case, the fugley orange anodizing.
