We improved our two-battery dual-spectrum Scout Light models by making them sleeker and lighter. The new M600V and M620V Scout Lights now feature a white & infrared-LED head that is more than a quarter inch smaller in diameter—shaving over two ounces off their total weight. You get the same great performance—150 lumens of white light and 120 mW of infrared illumination—with even less bulk and weight added to your weapon. In this case, less is more!

M620V - Swing Lever Clamp

Nice! Absolutely love the Scout light. Great light in a small, lightweight package.

So... The difference is the head? Does that mean I could just buy the new head and out it on my mini scout?

Probably. It looks similar to the IR head that they are putting onto an x-300-ish body

In my opinion, Scout Lights are like Geissele triggers. You can never have enough of them, and should be on every carbine.

Paying for that however, a different story.
