I just purchase my first Aero product and I feel a comment is due. I purchased 6 blemished stripped upper receivers because the price was almost unbelievable. I honestly can not find a single issue with any one of the uppers. Not dimensionally, not anodizing , and no machine marks what so ever. This company's quality control must be fanatical at least. It will certainly not be my last purchase from them.

I really like what Aero is doing. I posted those 308 rifles on my blog, seriously I am glad to see a company offering quality stuff for a seriously acceptable price right from the start.

I have an Aero pewpewpew lower I am waiting a form1 to come back on and will be doing some shots of it afterwards. I'd like to get my hands on one of their ultralight optic mounts and possibly upper parts for the SBR project in the future.

Agreed. I have no immediate plans for a .308 platform build, but hell, I could just buy the pair and stow it away for the day in decide to build one.

A 6.5 Creedmoor build would be sweet.

I'm very impressed with the ultralight mount I got. Unfortunately its not gonna work out for me I don't think, I think I need the spr length. Emailed them but completely understand if they can't help. May have a Extended length in the classifieds soon so I can replace it with a SPR length.

I bought a slick side upper "BLEM" from these folks, right after visiting their site from FB. Since most of my guns get banged around a bit, and this is going to be a dedicated varmint rifle, I could care less about a blem. Shooting prone on the ground around here, well, if your one of those folks that like to post how "pristine" your gun is, you've got no business hunting varmints in this area.

I bought the "BLEM" because it was offered at a considerable discount. So "big deal, it's got a scratch or two", I thought. I got that thing in the mail yesterday, and I couldn't find a scratch on it, anywhere. I even got a flashlight out and went over it. Couldn't find a thing wrong with it, no fade or "washed out" places" in the finish, nada. I think the most anal among us would have not been able to bitch about the uppers's finish.

Don't understand it, but I do know that Aero Precision is on my short list of places to go, when I need something.[:)]

That would be nice. I've been looking at billet lowers but saw this. I like that it's forged and not one with the A-DAC system.

I agree. With the right parts shopping around you could have a very nice gun for $800-$900! I have the 12" Keymod version and I love it! Been thinking about swtiching it to a MLOK.

I sent a message to AP through their website about buying a replacement for the small screw that retains the ejection port door cover rod for my M4E1 upper receiver (I lost one). They never replied (or my spam filter ate it) but a replacement screw showed up in my mail box a few days later (along with a few stickers). Thank you AP!
