Gas Block

Hey, ALL

My litlle brother is trying to trick out his colt national match AR and is looking for a rail height railed gas block... but more importantly and adjustable one that has a lever or knob that doesn't require a tool for quick adjustments to be able to use a supressor on the fly. Anyone know of one?
