Hornady 9th Edition manual

Does anyone have a copy of Hornady's 9th Edition manual?

If so, please PM me...it's the only manual I know of besides Alliant's online data (their 2014 paper book lists it in their product line but no loads) that has info for Power Pro Varmint and I was wondering if I could get a couple numbers
