Looks like I may have found a home for the RMR I took off my FNP .45. Using a Pic adapter on it pushed it above the irons. About the only use I could figure out for a 13 MOA dot is a scattergun. LOL

I like the concept, but I'm not sure the Benelli M4 market is all that big. I wonder what other products they having coming.

Yeah buy now because you might not see a second run. Benelli's are very popular around here. I personally think they are the finest autoloaders I have ever used.

We all need more money, but I wonder if there are plans for doing this for the Mossberg 500/590 or Remington 870. I never considered an RMR on a shotty, but the more I look at this, the more I like it.

I've been using an RMR on a .22lr AR SBR for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. Easy to make quick snap hits out to 50 yards, automatically adjusts to lighting conditions (I think mine is an RM02), super lightweight ... If it can stand up to 12ga abuse I think this would be a great sighting system.

I wonder though, if it already has the built in foot pattern for the RMR, why bother having the rest of the pic rail there? What would you possibly be mounting in front of an RMR?

We have a picture up on the product page with a couple of suggestions:

Scalarworks BOR/RMR Accessories (https://scalarworks.com/optic-mounts/bor-rmr/#x-content-band-10)

By leaving the rail you also don't have to look for a way of plugging the screw holes that would be left behind.

Thanks for that and for starting this thread.

The Benelli M4 isn't a big market but we feel it's one that is woefully under-served. The more great accessories there are for the platform the more attractive it will become.

We have a lot of great products in development. Some that you can guess at from what we've released already and others that will probably surprise you.
