Nice to see they redesigned it with Billet Receivers in mind.

I guess I need the new one. The one I had wouldn't work with my RA gen 2 set

I ordered their first gen just hours before I noticed their gen 2 announcement.

Hate it when that happens. Your pic of it looks good.

Still not sure I like the new one, and I know I don't like the old one. That said, I've never actually used one, but i find it a little strange that your finger rests on the button a bit lower than center.

My personal favorite extended mag release button is the Rainier Arms one, which I have 3 of. It gives me a bit more leverage, but my finger placement is pretty much the same as on a standard button.

For those of you that have used a fist generation, do you like your finger placement to be lower than the center of the button?

Eh, just means I'll have to order the new one and toss this one onto my pistol build. :D
Thanks, too.

I have the first gen and find my finger still hits the mag button where it would if the xmr wasn't there ( old habits? ) but when I am in a hurry or running through a course its nice to have the extra material there because I have notices just catching the edge with my fingertip on a reload.
