Forged Lower Creation?

Does anyone know if there are any videos, or picture walk-throughs, or anything on how forged lowers are built from beginning to end? Been wanting to find something like that, but I have not been able to.

I looked all I could find was them milling out a forged block.. I would like to see the forging process as well.

Anytime I've visited a machine shop, they did not want us filming their processes, and were particular about what they wanted photographed. I'm sure they all have things they want to keep under wraps.

I know CMT did a 1 maybe 2 day build your own set class at their shop not long ago. Think they plan on doing another soon.
