I simply love pastrami. Like it best when it's very finely and thinly sliced off the whole pastrami and cooked just a little on a griddle with pepper jack cheese melting on it................... Can only get it in packages as sliced sandwich meat here though...

the only corned beef i ever had was from a can i live in puerto rico many years and that was the only way of geting it :(

That place is really good. The smoke burger and the wild hog sliders kick ass. Found out about that place by chance and have been back more than a few times. Fantastic beer selection also if you like the craft beer side of things.
