VP9 Concealment Options [Archive]

I already have a few OWB rigs for my G21 that the VP9 will work in, but I am looking for something made for the VP9. Is there anyone making a hybrid IWB holster for a VP9 with an Inforce APL? Have looked around but only finding OWB kydex rigs that will accomodate the APL.

Actually if you are looking for a taco style holster or something specifically for the APL you should hit up Armordillo Concealment look at his xfer holster. Really low profile. Anything OWB I can do for you but my IWB is limited to just my targa top models and i have not messed with lights on those.

Only showing his VP9 with the APL, no holster. Really looking for something like a supertuck but that will accommodate the APL.

Nothing on armordillo looked like what I was looking for.

Nothing to this except the kydex that holds the pistol in place and a single softloop. This is IWB and about as minimalist you are going to get for Kydex IWB. I know TripleBravo uses one.

Now when you want an OWB I got your covered.

You won't regret it! By far the best and most comfortable holsters I've ever used. Man knows what he's doing!

I ordered an OWB from JM custom kydex. They have quite a few IWB options though.

Still waiting on the holster but they do good work. Reasonable prices as well

Awesome, looking forward to getting mine. Just got my 2nd APL today to live on the VP9, really liking that light. The VP9 is my 2nd HK, and it's becoming my favorite pistol. Some people think the charging ears are funky but I really like them, and it's been the only gun other than my Operator that I am consistently on target with every outing. Quality is outstanding, sights were kind of funky at first, but after using them they are pretty good for what they are. Will probably look at getting some Heine's eventually, but the stock sights are fairly impressive after charging for a second or so.

That is absolutely gorgeous! I think my VP9 needs a holster like that! My spare mags need a home too! :P

Finally got my holster in the mail today. Was pretty stoked to open it up, the pattern is excellent in person. The fit and finish is top notch and the belt loops feel very heavy duty for polymer. The retention adjustment works well, and retention is excellent. The mag carrier is also excellent, and the entire rig is going to make running the VP9 very quick. A+ piece of kit.

Kinda got a modular design floating in my head with the ability to attach 2 together and stack pistol mag carriers to the outer face of the pmag carrier. Gonna pick up a mold this coming payday and start messing around with it.

Would be cool to make brackets to interface with Molle gear and then do a double mag carrier on a dropleg. Now I am drooling thinking about a matching MC dropleg :P. Need a 12gague shell carrier too while your at it , get all my 3 gun gear from you lol.

Molle attachments are easily done using M.A.L.I.C.E clips or even a tek-lok clamp. I switch mine from belt to a HSGI mini-drop leg panel just by switching from the injection molded loops to M.A.L.I.C.E clips. I was looking at making a shell carrier as well something that could be mounted to the shotgun, riggers belt or something like the suregrip padded belt or slimgrip belts from HSGI as well. Anything MOLLE should easily transfer from a belt to a chest rig.
