Just curious, how many are playing with the hexmags and what the think about them?

See them in a lot of pics, but havent seen them locally or online at that many places..Just curious...have enough pmags for now..as im slowly working on a OD build and noticed they have some OD ones..

I have some. They are OK. Snug fit in the mag well. They don't drop free when empty. I would use the Magpul OD magazines. I just wish they made 7.62 in OD, I need some for my Mega build...

I like them. Quality magazine and have had zero troubles with them. I don't worry about drop free because i don't train that way.

I've got 12 now thanks to SPC tactical and his raffles! I won 8 and already had 4 lol. I've had zero issues and I've personally had better feeding on these than some of my Pmags. The only Pmags I have left are the windowed versions.

I have had no problem getting mine to drop free. I've been using them about 2-3 months now and don't recall having much issues there. Run on over to RA and pick a couple up MF!!

Are you saying you have failure to feed issues with the Magpul's? Having a hard time understanding the "better" feeding comment.

I have had more trouble with the Pmags in general including Feed problems.

Same thing, live in an area where there isnt squat for gun shops, literally one for 50 miles, besides cabelas which is just a rip..lol...

Just want a few to try out...Got a stupid idea in my head and looking at a 300 BO upper build down the road, and figured some different mags would make it easier..plus an excuse for more mags is always good..right..[:D]

Yes and no issues thus far.... I've also used 277wlv with no issues as well lol

I had 3. One wouldn't feed correctly so I shot it. Gave the others to a buddy

I'll give my mags 2 chances. If they fail twice, they're targets.

I've gotten roughly a hundred trouble free rounds out of my tester. Obviously doesn't prove much but so far I'm liking them. Would like to get a sandpaper pack to try on them aswell
