HBAR recommendations

Can any of you guys point me in the direction of some 16" HBAR barrels? Since maryland has F'd up laws, to put it lightly, we have to build with HBAR barrels now. I have NO experience even looking for 16" HBAR barrels. Anyone know who is making them? For decent prices?

I have a buddy who is building his first rifle and needs to find a HBAR, so I figured I'd look here for help.

I cannot wait to get out of this place!
