Battle Arms Rainier Short Throw BADASS

Well I won the Instagram GAW from Rainier and won their red BADASS (I was hoping to get red too)!

Well, I didn't realize that you can only use them on short throw lowers. :(
But I guess that means the lower I've been needing anyway will be a short throw lower! [:)]
I'm starting a new job and I think that'll be my congratulations to myself. I'll have to keep an eye out on Rainier.

Congrats! I'm not usually big on bright colors on AR's, but that red looks nice. I might be biased though, red's my favorite color. [:D]

File the pin off the selector drum. It's only there as a safety issue because the selector will not directly point to the fire position.

I like your idea of a 45 degree lower better.

Or you could just buy a regular 90 degree BAD-ASS, and swap levers. Use this core and the other levers on a future build.

I kinda want this lower to be pretty nice for the WEVO Troy upper.

I do like it, I just wouldn't like a forged upper sitting on it I don't think.
Found a BAD lower. Gonna call around and see if I can get a better deal on a transfer.

I do like the other logo better than the seashell, but it is one of those things that it looks better in person.

Also a forged upper does sit good on the Joe Bob lower but a bad forged is awesome too. You could also do one of those Aero Ghost guns lowers.
