Product Details

The ZeroBravo Rapid Engagement Offset Sight (REOS) is a lightweight and simple solution for engaging close range targets when using magnified optics. Machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and protected by Mil-Spec Type III anodizing, the lightweight REOS mounts directly to the scope tube allowing the user to mount them on both traditional AR15/AR10 style weapons as well as precision rifles and/or hunting rifles.

A change in the way that offset sights are viewed, we looked closely at the requirement for an offset sight. After discussing these requirements with numerous shooters in various disciplines, the concept of the REOS was born. Utilizing two simple ghost ring sights, the user simply cants the rifle, acquires the target through the ghost rings and engages the target. Sight adjustments are made by adjusting the rotation of the front or rear sight until desired point of impact is achieved.

At less than 2 ounces, the REOS provide the function required without the added weight, snag hazards or cost commonly associated with traditional offset sights. The aperture area of the REOS is smooth and recessed to allow painting the front aperture, if desired, for faster target acquisition. The design of the REOS also allows for mounting on either side of the rifle scope/weapon enabling for use by both left and right handed shooters.

I am totally ordering these. Not for my AR, but for my .30-06. Sometimes, your game is too close for glass.
