I believe these are going to be pinnable. That's the only thing I didn't like about the Parallax LW Gas Blocks, which looks similar.

Looks to be a standard Rainier block machined out so I would say definitely pinnable. I have been using the Rainier blocks lately and I love them. Just that simple machined flat like above make them so much easier to pin. Even using a jig it eliminates the side thrust that starting a bit on an angled surface creates.
