I like Taco Bell too. Get the bell grande and add some lettuce and volcano sauce with extra taco meat. Throw a good amount of mild,hot, fire and Diablo on it. Good stuff!

Hate chicken all the way.

When I lived in FL, I ate there several times a week, and it never got old. It's been my favorite since I was a kid.

Closest one now is 30-35 minutes away, so I only get to indulge once every few months.

Where is White Castle? Love the double jalepeno cheesburgers and their version of egg mcmuffins occasionally. Their sausage is too bland but the fresh eggs and superior muffin makes up for it.

We only recently got chick-fil-a here. What are the two top items I need to try? I prefer white meat.

I like Chic-Fil-A not only because of the chicken sandwiches, but to the standard the employees are held to. They're called "soft skills". I don't mean knowing how to program a computer or weld, I mean saying "Yes, sir/no, sir" or other courteous words during a conversation, tucking in a shirt or looking presentable, going the extra mile, holding doors, etc etc. Guaranteed you can't stand at the counter when they're empty and get ignored, and when they do acknowledge you, they're not going to act like you're interrupting their day. Hands down Chic-Fil-A because of the food AND the service.

Wow some of these places I've only ever heard in reference. Must be a regional thing.

I try to steer clear of fast food ... but if I'm in a bind, I'd prefer McDonalds. And if that's not available, Arbys.

Never really got the Chick Fil A craze - sure it's higher quality chicken compared to everywhere else ... but I didn't find anything particular tastier than the other places.

Now Chiptole on the other hand ... instant first place in my book.

Interesting story ... (sorry OP don't mean to HiJack)

On our first trip to Montana for Prairie Dogs, Geoff and I stopped at a Burger King in Rapid City, SD. When we walked in, we just looked at each other in semi-amazement. Being a couple of "good-ole-boys" from the South, we had not seen a fast-food shop like this one. Absolutely spotless, all the employees in clean and pressed BK uniforms, and every ball cap on bill-forward. All of them, even the ones "on the build line" had a smile on their face, and the order takers seemed genuinely glad to see us. It was such a pleasant experience that when I saw a manager-looking man I called him over. I said, "We just wanted to comment on your staff." His head jerked around scanning the crew and he said, "One of 'em got their hat on crooked?" I laughed and told him we just wanted to compliment him on the way he ran the shop. He beamed and told us to "Have a blessed day, and be sure to come back." Totally different environment from what we were used to. We stop there going and coming on every trip.
