The Arisaka family grew a little, earlier today! Slippers and his wife welcomed a new baby boy this afternoon. Mother and baby are doing great! Now the fun part and lifestyle change begins!

Well a heartfelt congrats from me! Welcome to the young one to our planet! Take good care and my hopes are that your new arrival will have a long and happy life. The best thing I ever did in my was being a good Dad.

Give your little baby a hug from me. [:)]

Awesome!

Alright, some lessons learned as I have a teething 15 month old....and anything you want to ask, go for it.

Sleep now while you can. After the army and the war and all that I only slept 3-5 hours a night...now it's even less due to small child with painful mouth. My coworkers tell me "All that Red Bull is bad for you..." and I say "Getting in a car wreck while I'm asleep at the wheel is even worse"

The first time he/she looks at you and calls you Dad....you will have lots of feels. Lots. And your old lady will be jealous because most kids don't say Mom for a lot longer (harder to pronounce).

I got a thing that my son's daycare did for fathers day:

Being a dad is so great. You will love it.

Way to go Mom and Dad! Hope to see pics of the new family soon. Just an idea: WEVO Kitty jammies would look adorable.

Thank you everyone. All the comments and well-wishes are hugely appreciated. Little man came out at 6 lb 13 oz, 19.5" long. Mom was a superstar, and I really feel like I can never complain about anything again after being beside her as she gave birth. It was intense. :)

He's keeping us quite busy and sleepless, so I won't be on the forums too much.

That's a cutie. My neice's newborn looked so grumpy and jowly she calls him Winston, as in Churchill.

Daycare did similar a similar thing for Father's Day. Right in the feels. Didn't even know I had that many feels.

Again, congrats and God bless to Will and the Arisaka family.

Hahahaha! Mine doesn't have a super soaker but I was bold and took the old diaper off before I had a new one completely ready once. That was a mess.
