Description

The T.A.C.H. provides wider, more accessible levers that are easy to reach, even while wearing combat gloves or with a large optic mounted on the weapon. The levers provide a great feel for the operator, improving the weapons performance. The ambidextrous feature is independent, allowing one or both levers to be pulled at the same time, virtually eliminating the risk of a jam. A standard charging handle puts stress on a weak roll pin that is used to keep its mechanism in place. In the field, this weakness becomes a liability. If this roll pin is damaged, the weapon can become non-functioning. Through our mechanism’s three independent components, stress is virtually eliminated and very little is transferred to the heavy duty, stainless steel pins.
