The odd part of that segment is that DC Chief Cathy Lanier refuses to issue Concealed Weapons permits in DC. She has issued an insanely low amount for what has been applied for. 44 as of September.

Exactly!

Overall though despite her apparent hypocrisy on the matter the piece was actually right on. Fight back if you can. The quicker the bad guy gets stopped the better.
