need help finding a company to make patches

I need to find a company who will make a custom run of patches for me, something line this Maxpedition blue line flag pvc patch (http://goo.gl/SSNy8x), pvc style and/or this IR style (http://goo.gl/5y3t6z) patch.

I used flex systems in the past. Cost isn't bad if you're doing a circle, square, or rectangle. It goes up fast if you're doing any odd shapes though.

The first guy I ordered with no longer works there and he was a great rep. The last person I worked with was Becky (Becky@linxcorp.us) she was good enough, just not as good as the first guy.
