Yes and yes. I've got the white chevron and love it. It's got me back to shooting irons again just because I enjoy how fast it is. Also it's way more precise than a standard fsp.

Do you have the tritium version? If so, how's it at night/low light/no light?

No, mine is not tritium. In dim light the white chevron is marginally better than a white dot front sight on a pistol just because there is more white area, but again, only marginally. Things get too dark and it's no better than any other fsp.
