Read this post in reference to the factory warranty service -> http://www.vdmsr.com/2016/02/viridian-x5l-gen2-update.html <- This unit just got back to me and is in "factory refurbished" condition.

What you get - OEM box, two OEM batteries, screws, hex wrenches, oem material and the unit itself.
Price - $300 Shipped via UPS in CONUS with tracking.
Payment - PAYPAL PREFERRED as gift. I will accept regular payment +4% (to offset costs paypal takes).
