Although I don't *subjectively, Cough* consider myself fat, I am bring a lawsuit against Oneida, the world's largest maker of spoons with the hope that seeing my run nekkid through all of my winnings can stimulate fat people everywhere to do something just as frivolous and stupid as the Freedom Group lawsuit!

A better analogy is suing GM for manufacturing a Hummer in the event of a criminal homicide due to DUI , that's based on it's popular military use, how it's stored maintained and cared for and it's versatility on the battlefield. It's all about tangible physical restitution versus suing a financially broke individual (not to mention dead), as if millions could bring closure.

I get the hurt, but $$ doesn't = Justice.

It's insane, but that's how far our country has slid down the hill. I think everyone of the lawyers trying to bring this about should be strung up. If my child were killed at the hands of a mad man with a gun sueing someone would be the last thing on my mind.
