Digging around, it looks like Parabellum went out of business. No more social media, and their website is gone.

The patent numbers are the same from the Aero and Parabellum, so I'm wondering if Aero bought the design.

They were big on AK parts. Rumor is that charging handle was their downfall. Supposedly jumped the gun and made a bunch for the govt. and never got the final contract and were so overextended they closed down. Take that with a grain of salt but that was going around on some forums they were well liked on.

Makes a lot of sense. Honestly, had never heard of Parabellum, until they were in Stick's giveaway. One thing I've learned from Shark Tank, you gotta turn that inventory, or you're toast!

Honestly though, I wasn't too impressed by the CH. Had too much of a "springy" feel for me, and I feel like I could easily snap off one of the handles after long/extended use ... [Disclaimer: this is based off of initial impressions]

I think these guys go way back in the early 2000s before the name change from Armadynamics, this might have been their first attempt at ambi charging handle.

The one pictured above is actually a modified version of their first, it has a latch added, the first one didn't have a latch that actuates the "hook". The entire spring loaded T handle moves back to pivot the hook, the only problem was it didn't work when the upper was open or separated from the lower, as the T handle needs to go rearward against something solid (e.g. the buffer) and without anything behind the carrier, it couldn't be pulled back to pivot the hook away from the notch. Therefore an auxiliary latch was added to the left side for that purpose.
