I have to say, I flpped Rainier some shit when they took time to ship an order or two, but between Mr. Hwang coming here and explaining the situation, and gestures like the one above, I have to acknowledge this and say I respect his business sense and customer service involvement, and I appreciate the "giving back". As I understand it, Rainier laid out a lot for the NWSSE and to follow that up with a freebie for Apex is pure class. Thanks!

Anyway, if this is already posted and I missed it, I still wanted to say thanks and I'll be back as an Apexer next year.

I was glad to see mention of new features for Apex this coming year, including one I mentioned here: a dedicated customer service dept. This is one thing that would make me willing to renew. The other new features are gravy. After countless emails not replied, I finally found one rep who would usually reply within a couple of days. I would email their direct email address when I had questions/issues.

I wish the free offer could be applied toward next year's membership rather than marketing merch. But I got the water bottle. :)

Not sure how renewal will work. My one year was up yesterday. But the site still reflects Apex pricing for me.
