Not sure what this is, maybe something like Sig Legion.

Looks interesting. Signed up.
I'll probably end up removing myself from their list like almost everything else but interesting enough to "get me".

It's them telling you save your money for Nov 1 and buy what we have yet to tell you what it is, brilliant.

Eh, SA isn't offering me anything I'm buying. Anything they're peddling will likely still be around should a "ban" happen.

I gata say, regardless of the fact I don't care about 1911's or Springfield as a company, whoever they hired to do this marketing thing knows exactly what is visually pleasing.

Tight clothing on sweaty attractive women...

Yea Rocky also knows what she's doing too. She's the same one that runs Unbranded AR.

Appeals to the current trend of the young "I'm fit, don't quit" crowd.

Well that was a whole lot of hype for an AR.

The positive side: maybe it will get a some interested in the "scary" black rifle for the first time.

The guys at The Firearm Blog have a series on their trip to Las Vegas to shoot the Saint. First article shows their handguard melting off on the first day. Color me unimpressed.

Hey now... it has a couple of accessories and midlength gas!

Hey now... it has a couple of accessories and midlength gas!

Don't forget an upper / lower tensioning "system" and "enhanced" parts.

I hate that word. Our corner of this market is too educated to sell us with "enhanced" - which is likely just a sharper wheel on the surface grinder that cuts the hammer/sear hooks, and NiB coating. Which based on the furniture is just BCM's trigger.

As for the melted keymod handguard.. I feel like Kincel and BCM pushed their own polymer keymod handguard in spite of multiple drawbacks and limited market space for two reasons:

This OEM contract
Because Magpul said they couldn't

They probably shouldn't have. To see a BCM part fail that spectacularly, an OEM one at that, from normal use..

BCM just got their first exposure to a much larger segment of the market, and they undid so much of their past hard work and reputation in a meme-worthy way. Not cool.

I tried to be all thoughtful and relevant and what-not... but that kind of delivers the same message [BD]

Hah! One of the comments stated this can be seen on other low-end manufacturers guns as well. Target audience achieved!

Seems the marketing department was way over funded for this product cycle.
