Can I make a pic request though? When ya'll take these pics put one up of the barrel nut so we can see what kind of nut it is and how it all attaches. For me that is one of the biggest deciding factors for rails.

I'm a big fan of non timed nuts that don't require the purchase of a whole bunch of proprietary tools.

On a side note next time around when I build another upper or two I will probably give these a try. Up until now SLR has won my business on that front but these look good.

I asked earlier on about these rails since I am a big CMT fanboy. But since ya'll get a lot of hands on with the products (more than us mortals) I think it will help a lot of lurkers who might not be asking.

I am thinking of building two more uppers... a 12.5 and a 14.5. I think that 13.7 would be a perfect fit for a 14.5" Mountain barrel.

I think Q1 2017 for a full top rail version, quad rails probably 2nd-3rd quarter.

Mod 2 Handguards with the full top rail are now at anodizing. Should be back and up on the website in 2 weeks or so!

Quick snap shot of the new HDX handguards.

These are the same profile as the other Mod 1 and Mod 2's, but have a continuous top rail like the Mod 2's, but also 45 degree MLOK slots like the 308 version. Should be out very soon. 13.7 and 9.5" pictured.

I'm late to the party, but now have a CMT UHPR 15.0 MOD 1. I was impressed with the clean machine work. Installation was a breeze. I installed it on a Rainier Arms Mountain Stripped Upper Receiver Group CHF Barrel.
