I have been debating for a long time on a reloaded bench after going back and forth between building and buying Home Depot made my mind up for me these are on sale for 598 !!!!! I believe they over bought for Black Friday. the cheapest I could find on the web was 1000 if your in the market you may want to check these out
It's built like a tank and weighs 400 pounds

Looks decent-sized. What are the dimensions? I have an 8' bench that I made and need more space!

Damn, that's a sweet bench for that price. I'd bet if you bought only the metal box, with a flat metal top like a mechanic's toolbox, it would cost you that munch, or more. I just don't have room for something like that in a condo or I'd seriously consider driving the 3 miles to get one for myself! [:D] Great score. Also set your watch ahead about 30 years and shit can that old Lee power scale and buy an electronic scale...[:D]Just kidding.

I can't wait till spring to get mine cleaned off. In the winter I have a terrible habit of just throwing things on the bench and running back in the house (detached, un-insulated garage)

I like the Magpul BEV Block for the lower, and the Geissele Reaction Rod for the upper. Then again, I usually have a bunch of tools I collected over the years so I grab whatever.

I grab the Bev block when I'm too lazy to pull off the stock. Haha. The ability to rotate the lower for all the small parts is an invaluable feature of the reaction block. No go for some pistol tubes and PDW stocks.
