Help Me Find a Tool?

About a month or so ago, someone posted a picture of a tool that looked something like a pen. It had several tools inside, including a tool for Aimpoint adjustment, and a front sight tool some interchangeable bits and a few other tools. I remembered wanting to try one when I saw it, but forgot about it.

I have no idea what thread it was posted in, what it was called, or who even posted it. I know this is not much to go on, but if by any chance anyone remembers it and can lead me to one, it would be greatly appreciated.
