Suppressed 22LR fun!
Receivers are PSA (SBR lower with my company logo), Timney 4# trigger, CMMG 22lr bolt & collar, CMMG solid charger, Taccom 4" aluminum-sleeved tensioned stainless barrel, BAD-ASS ST 45 degree selector, Magpul CTR, UCWRG Grip 23, Spikes billet trigger guard, Trijicon RM07 on ADM mount, CMMG 9mm deflector with spring-loaded hinge, TACCOM rimfire reliability kit, Black Dog & CMMG magazines, custom carbon fibre handguard cut to length, Silencerco 22Sparrow Stainless monocore suppressor.
Pistol is a Walther PPK/S in 22lr with P22 threaded adapter and Silencerco 22Sparrow stainless.
What a fun pair on the range! The SBR is very quiet, as the 4" barrel leaves standard 22LR at sub-sonic velocities. I can easily shoot a rapid 4" group at 25 yards using the 6.5moa RMR offhand. Both guns are mostly reliable until they get gummed up after a couple hundred rounds. 22LR suppressed is super dirty.
The pistol is heavy for a .22, but it's built like a tank. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the extra weight makes it very easy to shoot well. It's not a gun I'd want to carry but dang it's awesome on the range. The trigger is fantastic in single-action mode.
I've been wanting to share these for a long time. I finally got my basement back together after the Great Floods of 2015 in Colorado (we had more rain in May than we've ever had in recorded history) so I have been fiddling with guns again ... fun times!
