Thank you. I was under the impression that barrels under 10.5 inches were "un-suppressable". Does it still function and cycle properly?

It works...I advised against it, but it works. A SWAT member wanted this upper rigged for CQB use. He's got a ton of rounds through it and it functions fine. The short barrel and pistol gas system will surely burn up the suppressor more quickly.
(Edit: I don't know why this says "rounds rounds" I only typed the word once, and when I try to edit to delete the double tap, the second "rounds" doesn't show up...odd.)Triple Bravo

I have a very similar build in the works with a 5" barrel, a 10" quad-rail, and a semi-covered suppressor.
Once my tax stamps come back and I can lay my hands on it, I will post photos.
For now... it sits in my builders safe.

Added the SF weaponlight. After adding a Hogue ShortShot stock this should be finished.

Loving it. Probably not everyone's cup of tea on such a short barrel, but noise and blast is really not that much more noticeable over the linear style I zeroed it with. Some powder on my support hand and light, but for all intents and purposes, for me, it's a keeper.
There's a couple of videos up in the BC review thread.
