SCALARWORKS™ Aimpoint PRO Mount LDM210
LOW DRAG MOUNT
The Ultimate˛ Aimpoint PRO Mount. Engineered to be the lightest Quick-Detach mount possible, without compromising an ounce of strength
THE ONE RING
The Scalarworks Ring was designed from the ground up to be stiffer, sleeker, and lighter than traditional rings. A precision fitted hinge ensures even pressure around your optic, without requiring the tedious and imprecise setup that traditional rings do. Twin oversize CNC machined shoulder screws provide even tension and act as structural elements, making the entire ring assembly phenomenally rigid. Each side of the Scalarworks Ring is carefully lightened with a curvature continuous scallop that produces a very high strength-to-weight ratio. The Scalarworks Ring is wider than competing designs, providing more surface area to safely and securely hold your optic.
MIGHTY MOUNT
The Low Drag Mount is the strongest Quick-Detach mount we've ever tested.
In order to collect more comprehensive and repeatable data than a simple drop test can provide, we put a variety of mounts on a digital test stand capable of exerting up to 1500lbs of force. We analyze load versus displacement data, both during development and after production, to ensure that the Low Drag Mount is the toughest Quick-Detach mount on the market. Every Low Drag Mount is CNC milled from 7075-T6 billet, which has vastly superior mechanical properties than the 6061-T6 alloy that most other mounts are made from.
SMOOTH IS FAST
The Low Drag Mount has a streamlined profile free of protruding levers and knobs that won't rap your knuckles, or get caught on clothing, gear, and surroundings.

That is sweet. My budget got wiped clean by my wife when she didn't budget correctly. Wish I could say it was for what you had UWone

Not a fan of hinged rings at all but I love the look. And not QD. That claim irritates me for some reason.

Man that looks great. Too many other things are a need right now that will take $200 priority though.

Sinner, in this case, I think, the term QD is subjective. I have one for my Aimpoint T2, obviously not hinged but the mounting methods the same. It's not QD like a lever operated BoBro, but you don't crank the small wheel all the way down, just a couple or 3 twists and it's firm. I think by QD they might mean no tools, just spin the wheel a couple of times and it's off.
I bought mine for my lightweight project and am really pleased, especially the light weight.

If it has threads and you turn it to tighten it’s not a QD mount. It’s really that simple.
