Need two of them in drop leg holsters, and a cutlass, so you can be a modern day corsair.

Maybe legal, but not necessarily able to be sold (by a dealer).

I'd totally take one of these in 7.62, because fuck logic, and barriers.

Does this mean it’s legal in New York or California if you are visiting? Does it need to be listed on a roster or require a permit for possession? I don’t know details of CA or NY laws, but I dig this for travel.

If you don't have carpal tunnel now, you will after a few magazines of one handed 7.62!

I can't speak for NY, but in CA, you can't buy a new handgun in-state that isn't on the approved list. You can import a "non-approved" handgun by driving across state lines, but you can't transfer it in. For example, all Gen 4 Glocks are not on the approved list. I previously had a Gen 4 so I imported it (ie, I flew with it back to CA) and then used it in CA, which is all legal.

The AR pistol market pretty much dried up except for 80% lowers because CA removed any and all AR pistols from the list.

In N.Y. that would violate the unsafe act. The muzzle device coupled with a detachable magazine is a no go. If the mag was fixed then game on.
A welded mag or "featurless" model are the best bets. Long story short, heir Cuomo does not approve. NY sucks

Josh Randall would have drooled all over this. Sans red dot of course.

I have a 12.5" 7.62 and along with the wrist issues you will not hear very well after shooting it. My 12.5" is basically unusable without a can. I literally shot it once with just the brake. Brutal. Lol
