LANTAC DGN556B-ASR™ Dragon® Advanced Muzzle Brake with SilencerCo™ ASR Quick Mount Suppressor Adapter. The DGN556B-ASR™ is precision machined, hardened to 48Rc and nitride finished for enhanced corrosion resistance. It features our patented gas handling system that reduces muzzle rise and recoil to zero, meaning that the only recoil felt by the shooter is from the movement of the carrier and buffer within the buffer tube. Its unique Short Energy Pulse system reduces length of recoil so that repeating shot energy cannot overlap and knock the shooter off target. Full auto fire is possible with massively reduced recoil and muzzle climb, meaning that all shots fall on target. With the addition of the SilencerCo ASR quick mount system it is now possible to mount the SilencerCo Saker, Omega Suppressors and the Blast Shield.

The DGN556B-ASR™ Brake / Mount is threaded 1/2-28UNEF and is designed to be used with 5.56/.223 Caliber ammunition only.

Comes with appropriate shim set for timimg the brake / mount. X2 .34mm, X3 .22mm, X3 .11mm, X4 .075mm & x1 2mm Washer.

I recently purchased one of these to pin on a 14.5” barrel. Does anyone know if this will fit (not to long) in a specwar 5.56k suppressor? My specwar k is still in jail otherwise I would try it.

Thank you for easing my mind. I measured with Starrett calipers from the front of the teeth to the end of the Lantac ASR Brake and it measured 2.175”, and measured a SiCo Brake from front of the teeth to the end of the brake was 2.05” for a difference of .125” or an 1/8 inch.

I didn’t want to assume it fitting the Spec-war line of suppressors since it wasn’t listed in the Lantac product description. Which made me start looking into it fitting or not. Only finding a cut away of a Saker with the trifecta mount added to this, as you can see in the picture below that the brake on the left is very close to the blast baffle and I just didn’t know if the asr mount would put the brake in the same position or not.



Since I am planning to pin the Lantac ASR brake it would then be permanent or an expensive fix a year from now when I get the stamp back and the Specwar 556k can not being able to lock on. I sent an email Friday afternoon to SilencerCo to see what they would say.

But thanks again for responding and letting me know it will fit.
