Threaded barrel options for G17 Gen 5?

Looks like there are currently only two options on the market for a threaded barrel for a Glock 17 Gen 5:

    Suarez: https://suarezinternational.com/suar...rrel-melonite/
    KKM: https://kkmprecision.com/product/gen...essor-threads/

Any others? Any experience with either of the above?

Can't speak to the g17 gen 5 KKM, but I have lots of gen 3 threaded KKM barrels and really like them. I believe Barsto makes a threaded g17 gen 5 as well. Also, glock released a factory threaded barrel for the g45, so we might be seeing a g17 gen 5 factory threaded at some point. Haven't heard anything yet, but it might be a possibility in the future.

    Time flies...

I ended up going with the Suarez. I don't remember what tilted me that way over the KKM. Probably price or availability. The Suarez didn't drop in and fit, but their CS department took care of me pretty quickly and easily and had me up and running. I don't have a lot of rounds through it but it seems fine and hasn't generated any malfs. I don't shoot my 17 suppressed very often as my can spends most of it's time with a 3-lug adapter on it so I leave the Suarez barrel in the safe until I need it.

Definitely more options on the market now, including Agency Arms and OEM: https://store.teamglock.com/gun-part...ed-barrel.html

BAD Nine. It got its name from going through all nine machining steps in one process or someshitlikethat.

Ask and you shall receive. Thanks for the heads up on the teamglock g17 gen 5 oem. Looks like they now have a threaded oem g34 gen 5 as well.
