Anyone else have to try multiple front sights to get the pistol zeroed?

At 15 yards ...
.385 front sight with rear sight all the way down - prints 3 inches high.
.485 front sight with rear sight all the way up (as shown in the cell phone pic) - prints 3 inches low

Since there is .100 difference between the two, I ordered a Dawson .435 which splits the difference (0.050). If the weather holds, I will range check it tomorrow. Hopefully, this will fix the irons. The DeltaPoint PRO is great, but I need irons to be "on"
