    A what?

What's a flail chest? Other than "bad"?

In the video it produces a hole in the armor, through a block of ballistics clay, and it connects with a steel plate out back.

The .45 ACP was the one you're looking for. That's in the video too. I guess the major less is soft body armor will just help prevent some small arms penetration but it won't do a damn thing about broken bones.

It basically means your rib cage gets crushed.

Defined as 3 or more ribs broken in two or more places, creating a floating section of ribcage that paradoxically moves in the opposite direction of pressure in the lungs. It's a party.

The right hit and you can inflict a flail and pericardial tamponade.

All you keep adding about subs and suppressors. My state does not allow suppressors.

In other words, if bad guy is breaking into my house, I’m going deaf either way; be it a pistol round, a shotgun or a rifle. So I’m just looking for recommendations for SD rounds in this cartridge for the “just in case” scenario.

If my dumb state would of passed a pro suppressor bill, then I wouldn’t mind all the sub ammo recommendations.

Subs do not necessitate using a suppressor. No way I’d use a brake either indoors. Flash hider and subs.

I completely agree with you on this. I need to pick up some of the new Hornady subs to load a 20rd mag or two and check pow/poi for in the house.

I would have to run some tests to see if subs will run through my pistol build.
