There are no serials list on the barrel or slide from what I can see.

Yeah, I've never done any research into it. Usually forget about this gun... You know more about 229's and 228's in the Navy than I obviously do. I've never seen another one for sale, so it might have been a one time thing.

SWEEETTT, Jerry. I'll trade you a half bottle of Knob Creek, and a sock with no mate for it? Seriously, tactical be damned, I still love handling and shooting nice revolvers.

Thank you Sir. The G-10 grips are aggressive, but comfortable when shooting. I have ham sized hands, and find them a good fit for me. I have a matching 3 inch 625 that I have carried concealed (OWB only ) and didn't find them abrasive to skin or clothing. I also have some G-10s on 1911 pistols, although I like smooth grips better on them - the checkered front strap and MS housing provide all the grip I require on a 1911. I wouldn't call me a fan boy, but I do like the VZ Grips.

I REALLY like that pistol. All my Sigs are Exeter production. One of these days i'll add a German Sig to my collection.

I do love me some German Sig. I need a few more in the stable at some point.

I picked this up from a coworker in a straight across trade for a VP9 a couple weeks ago. I'd say i got the better part of the deal...

Those sights are a nice touch. My HK45CT came with the standard Meprolight night sights. I'll probably replace them with some Heinie suppressor height sights.

As for a USP9 Tactical, I built my own (but better) from a standard USP9.
