New bolt and headspace?

If the upper was properly headspaced do you need to have the headspace adjusted if you replace the bolt or the entire BCG?

If you replace the bolt or bcg, just make sure the bcg won't close on a field headspace gauge. You can buy one through Bushmaster or Brownells. If it closes, get a new barrel. Headspace isn't easily adjustable.
