There are about 15-20 comps out for testing along with a few we sold with our Combat uppers. So far the feedback has been positive. Full production will follow shortly. We're hoping to get a review done shortly.

I know that mine is slated to through .mil firing in a little bit along with the melonite hammer forged barrel from ST. Hopefully some of the guys who currently have them can get some of their input posted.

Is it a Flash Hider or a Muzzle Brake? Will it also be available in the 5/8x24 threads for the 6.8SPC?

It looks kind of like a Bennie Cooley JP brake but the front end is like a Vortex flash hider. It should work pretty well.

Actually, the front end looks like an AAC Blackout

That's slick - looks like a cross between an AAC Blackout and a Bennie Cooley. I look forward to trying one of those. Hope it rings like my blackouts! :)

I have one that I am planning on running on another build that I have in the works right now. I may install it on my lightweight build that I just finished, as I am planning on taking it out to the range to zero it next week, so I can give some feed back on the new comp.

Now that I'm not sure about. If the NJ statute mirrors the old Fed AWB I would imagine it would be classified as a flash hider since it does do that, but I know some comps also have tines as well. It might require a technical ruling. sorry I can't help you more on that. Maybe John can post on that if he's got some info in that regard.

Since it is very similar to the FSC556, I would think it would be good to go in the Communist States.
