When you're ready to move up from the Yeti to the real deal. I've had mine a decade and it runs like new. From fridge temps to sub zero... all on 12v.

Big sale on Engel. This is less than I paid for mine at discount.

    fledge,

I didn't even know I wanted one of these until you posted it. They look fantastic.

Will have to pick one up before the next road trip. Thanks dude!

They suck. Good friend dropped $600 on one and learned the hard way. You literally can't fit a 12 pack in it and after about 6 hours it wiped out a fully charged deep cycle trolling battery. Just read the specs. $699 you get a 30lb shitty cooler with a 14"x8"x8" capacity. Lol

That doesn't sound right on both size and weight, Sinner. Maybe he had the more technical versions dialed in for the medical community.

My 45qt is 66lbs and probably the most popular size. I can fit a week's worth of camping food that need low temps. I've had it plugged in over a weekend in the truck without a drain. Many in the overland community swear by them. I've never had a hiccup and I don't baby it. You can get larger versions too. I just picked up another in the ABS version for the boat and to keep one as a fridge and one as a freezer for road trips and Costco runs.

Just passing along a deal that has been a long term practical help. :]

Definitely a buyers market. I kind of envy guys getting into guns this year. They are spoiled with these prices.

That's for sure! Prices have never been this low. Ammo prices are a bit better than a few years ago, but still not what they had been.
